USA Surfing Crowns 2025 Adult Shortboard and SUP Surf Champions at Oceanside’s North Jetty
Top SUP Surf Finishers Qualify to Represent Team USA at ISA World Championships
Oceanside, Calif. (June 15, 2025) — Day five of the 2025 USA Surfing Championship brought building swell and high-performance action to Oceanside’s North Jetty, where adult shortboard and SUP surf athletes competed for national titles. For SUP surfers, the event also served as a qualifier to represent Team USA on the ISA World Championship stage.
Open faces and end-section ramps provided the perfect canvas for powerful carves, creative combinations, and some major airs—setting the stage for standout performances and buzzer-beater heats.
“These athletes took full advantage of big open walls and end-section ramps to showcase surfing,” said USA Surfing Head Coach and Competition Director Ryan Simmons. “We saw timeless style, power and progression that remind us why we love surfing at any age and look forward to doing it for the rest of our lives.”
