Independent - Don Schaaf Don spent more than three decades as the founder and CEO of ds+f, a branding and marketing agency with a growth rate that landed the firm on the coveted INC. 500 list. Significant clients included NPR, National Geographic, MCI, Pentair, nVent, The Washington Post and others.
He previously served two terms on the USA Bobsled/Skeleton board of directors, taught marketing at George Washington University and Marymount University, and has assisted numerous charities, including Fisher House Foundation, JDRF and the SPCA. Don was introduced to surfing at a young age in Ocean City, Maryland. Now retired, he splits his time between Annapolis, MD and Park City, UT.
